After many years of production on a more or less important scale and all the types of cider…from the Biological, Organic, Red Label or the most delicate to make A.O.C, I retain only one thing: Our products deserve a high renown, grand Ciders exist such as the "Grand Crus" there is only to agree to keep only the best of each.
